Instruction on Withdrawal from the Contract

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you acquired possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquired possession of the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your statement concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

• In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered in our store), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision.
• The refund will be made using the same payment methods as you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
• Please send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us about your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the withdrawal period has expired.
• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods (unless otherwise provided in the store regulations).
• You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
